Once our customers have secured their booking with our Sales team, the Customer Service Department takes over to manage all pre- and post-departure enquiries. As the main point of contact, you will assist customers with their holiday queries via phone, email, and web chat.
Your role will involve a range of administrative tasks, such as verifying bookings, issuing invoices and tickets, making amendments, and offering holiday extras—providing you the opportunity to earn commission.
Your goal will be to resolve all customer enquiries on the first point of contact, while consistently delivering our renowned, award-winning concierge service.
Passionate about selling cruise holidays? We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and target driven with the ability to multi-task who are keen to progress and grow with us.
You will be selling our customers their dream cruise whilst ‘delivering a remarkable experience.’
Our Sales Concierge undertake a 3-week training induction programme with a further 3 weeks in our ‘grad bay’. You will have reduced sales targets for the first few months whilst you settle in. We will also provide you with on-going training, coaching and support.
