Each dish at 150 Central Park spotlights locally sourced ingredients harvested at the peak of their season. Think palate-pleasing apps, elevated classic entrees, and a range of desserts you should definitely save room for. And if you’re craving a craft cocktail or a glass of wine, you’re guaranteed to find something delicious to toast with on the drink list.
Attire: Smart Casual
How to purchase: Cruise Planner or Royal App
Menu highlights: For a true, well-rounded experience at 150 Central Park, start with Crispy berkshire pork belly served in a port wine reduction over parsnip puree. It comes with refreshing apple and watermelon radish slaw. Or try the Braised short rib, paired with creamy mascarpone polenta, crispy onions, roasted heirloom carrots and natural jus. Next, order the Duck duo — seared breast and crispy leg complemented by sweet pearl onions, juicy poached pears, and tender brussels sprouts. If you’re a seafood lover, try the Pan-seared halibut. It comes in a rich saffron and truffle hollandaise with warm potato salad and mesclun leaves. For dessert, the Fried cheesecake is a bestseller, but chocolate fans should opt for the fudgy Peanut butter chocolate tart.
Pro tip: Some of the dishes at 150 Central Park are prepared tableside — just look for the “TS” symbol on the menu.
Everybody loves a great hot dog. Some like theirs served the classic way — between toasted buns with a drizzle of mustard, ketchup and relish. Others prefer theirs course-ground and sprinkled with sauerkraut, Old-World style. And some like hot dogs crafted with a creative twist — like a chicken sausage flavored with juicy apple. Whatever kind of foot long you fancy, Dog House serves up the best sausages at sea.
Attire: Casual
Menu highlights: If you’re a traditionalist, go for the Coney Island dog, made with classic american beef. Or opt for authentic old world flavor with a German thuringer made from finely minced pork. Want to change things up? Try The big apple, a chicken sausage cooked with apple for a subtle burst of sweetness. Or bite into The Smoke house, a pork bratwurst seasoned with traditional spices for just a hint of heat. No matter which sausage (or sausages) you choose, they all pair perfectly with a side of home-style potato salad or refreshing coleslaw..
Pro tip: Customize your hot dog at Dog House with a wide variety of condiments and toppings — all available self-serve.
Note: Both port and sea days, Dog House closes at 7PM.
Enjoy traditional dishes with a fresh spin at Sabor Modern Mexican — like carne asada burritos, tacos, ceviches and our homemade guacamole, served right in the molcajete where the fresh avocados are smashed. Plus some favorite sips prepared tableside, including premium tequila flights and margaritas.
Attire: Smart Casual
Menu Highlights: Sabor Modern Mexican offers a selection of small plates that are truly incredible. Guests love the spicy beef empanadas, served with freshly grated tomato and garlic sauce. The fried chile calamari is also a popular option. It comes paired with jalapeno mayo and red mole. If you’re in the mood for some amazing tacos, Sabor Modern Mexican lets you choose from a delicious selection of proteins that come wrapped in house-made warm flour and corn tortillas. Go for the shredded beef short rib, spicy chicken, grilled cobia, succulent shrimp, or pulled pork — or mix and match a couple of each. And make sure you save room for an order of the restaurant’s famous cinnamon churros or sweet coconut flan. If you want to try one of the house drinks, ask for the Avocado Margarita, made with tequila, orange liqueur, avocado and lime juices, and served in a glass rimmed with Aleppo pepper and lime salt.
Pro tip: Look for a little flame symbol on the menu. You’ll find it next to all the spicy options.
For more than a decade, the chefs of Chops Grille have proudly presented quality, hand cut steaks at this hallmark Royal Caribbean restaurant. Now, they give you a fresh twist on a favorite, with a revamped menu that brings contemporary flair to traditional steakhouse offerings. Most intriguing: our exceptional prime meat. This prime beef is joined by Maine lobster, grilled branzino and other succulent dishes paired with addictive sides and irresistible desserts.
Attire: Smart Casual
Insider Tip: Open for lunch on sea days only.
Menu highlights: The best way to begin a meal at Chops Grille is with the charred beef carpaccio, sliced thin and served rare with fresh arugula, Parmesan cheese, and truffle mustard dressing. As far as entrees go, the tender filet is one of the most popular items on the menu. If nine ounces is a bit too much for you, opt for the smaller 6-ounce petite filet — it packs in just as much flavor as the standard cut. If you’re a traditionalist, complement your meal with an order of steaming Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and creamed spinach, or change things up with Chops’ signature gruyere cheese tater tots and truffled French fries. And don’t forget to save room for a refreshing slice of tart key lime meringue pie or classic New York cheesecake, served with raspberries and lemon confit.
Pro tip: The chefs at Chops Grille will hand cut, season, and grill each steak to your specifications. When in doubt, don’t be afraid to ask for the chef’s recommendation.
From fresh sushi to delicious teppanyaki prepared tableside, Izumi Hibachi & Sushi offers a dialed-up Asian-inspired dining experience. Savor a wide variety of hot and cold appetizers, entrees, and desserts — and watch each course come together as an expert chef works right at your table.
Attire: Smart Casual
How to reserve: Cruise Planner or Onboard
Menu highlights: The best way to kick off your dining experience at Izumi Hibachi & Sushi is with a few appetizers from the main menu. The crispy chicken karaage is a must-try if you want something delicious – it’s a tangy soy-ginger marinated chicken paired with a sweet Thai chili sauce! If you love sushi, you’ll have plenty of rolls to choose from. One of the most imaginative from the signature sushi list spotlights blanched lobster and avocado in a refreshing champagne sauce, all rolled up in soy paper. And no visit is complete without some selections from the teppanyaki menu, which include chicken breast, beef tenderloin, sea scallops, lobster, NY steak, and tiger shrimp. Whether you opt for the classic or the premier combo teppanyaki experience, you’ll enjoy complimentary starters like vegetable fried rice and green salad with tangy ginger dressing, and your choice of mochi ice cream, green tea ice cream, chocolate lava cake or crispy sesame balls with red bean and strawberry sauce for dessert.
Pro tip: If you’re dining with someone else, mix and match between teppanyaki options and selections from the extensive sushi list. That way, you can each try a little bit of everything.
