Clay Sauna - Discover the health and beauty effects of clay in the first clay sauna at sea. Revitalise your glow with benefits that include deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation and improvement of skin tone and texture.

Ice Room - Cool off in the refreshing Ice Room. The cold air helps to increase blood circulation, awaken the senses, invigorate the respiratory tract, relieve stress and strengthen the immune system. Cold exposure has even been shown to make hair and nails shinier!

Charcoal Sauna - The detoxifying properties of charcoal have been utilised for thousands of years - and are now available in this rejuvenating sauna. Recline into relaxation as the sauna helps boost your circulatory system and metabolism whilst removing heavy metals and toxins from your body. The heat energy that charcoal generates can also relax stiffness and tension, including relief from headaches and back pain.

Salt Room - Experience the subtle and soothing effects of this salt chamber. Salt is a natural, non-invasive treatment than alleviates health problems and reduces stress. From the coolest lounge at sea to the hippest dance club at night, there's always something going on at our teen centres. Best of all, it's all complimentary and supervised.*

*Some teen centres are used as a hangout when programme is not in session and may not be supervised but are under surveillance.

Planning a romantic dinner for two? Leave the children in safe hands any day of the week at Late Night Fun Zone. Small fee applies.

Hours: 10:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. If no children are registered or dropped off by 11:00 p.m., the centre will close for the evening. It is recommended that children be signed up in advance.
